We charge a $75 one time cleaning fee per reservation

We require a $200 (refundable) security deposit at time of reservation

Check-in: 3 pm – Check-out: 11 am

Children: allowed, Infants: allowed

Pets: not allowed

Parties and events: not allowed

Smoking inside: not allowed

Cancellation Policy

50% refund up to 14 days before arrival

Our Rules

Thank you for understanding that rules are in place to ensure the property’s well-being and a positive community experience. Please take note of the following:

1. **Smoking and Drugs:** Smoking, including the use of any drugs or narcotics, is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.

2. **Pets:** Unfortunately, due to community rules, we cannot accept pets.

3. **Parties and Visitors:** Hosting parties, events, or receiving visitors without prior approval is strictly prohibited.

4. **Noise Levels:** Maintain a moderate to low noise level, especially after 9 pm.

5. **Identification:** For security reasons, we may request identification like a driver’s license or passport. **Additional Guidelines:**

6. **Guest List and ID:** Renters must provide a list of all persons (adults and children) staying, and security may ask for photo ID upon arrival.

7. **Illegal Drugs:** The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

8. **Hours of Silence:** Please respect the hours of silence; no noise is allowed after 10 pm.

9. **No Smoking Indoors:** Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

10. **No Fireworks:** The use of fireworks on the property is not allowed.

11. **Welcome Inspections:** A document must be signed during welcome inspections before the acceptance of the stay.
